5/29/2007 – The Josie King Foundation, a component fund of the Baltimore Community Foundation, is proud to announce a new online resource for patient safety, www.josieking.org.
The site is a one-stop guide for patients, their families, doctors, nurses, medical professionals, lawyers, and anyone interested in learning the latest information about patient safety.
The Josie King Foundation’s new website features:
- Expert commentary on patient safety from national leaders like Dr. Peter Pronovost, Lori Payne, R.N., and lawyers Rick Kidwell and Paul Bekman.
- Information on innovative patient safety programs supported by the Foundation.
- An exhaustive resource center that serves as an essential primer to the field.
